Holiday Inn gift shop

The client's intention for this project was to make a very pleasant space to host a gift shop, internet cafe and wedding center whilst maximizing the views on the two possible facades and utilizing natural light as much as possible.
Given the High standard of finishes that the HI hotels boast across the world, Keen attention was paid to moldings, architraves and coves. The choice of counter tops and the type of wood and finishes were also very well chosen to accentuate the hotels theme and colour schemes.
Open Bible Church

The Open Bible Church community of water Lane, Montego Bay Jamaica, started to get overcrowded with their rapidly growing congregation. To solve this issue they approached a friend of mine who is a member of the church who then recommended Paradigm Design Studio for the job.
The clients wanted to extend their existing church hall, while still occupying it for regular service and meetings. They also wanted a central administration area and a baptismal pool under the existing pulpit. Additional parking area was to be provided along with an existing entry- exit issue that needed to be rationalized.
The Garden Center

Located on Howard Cooke Blvd., the Garden Center was envisioned by the client as a tranquil place to come and buy plants and also have a beer while doing so. With that in mind the Paradigm team ran off to develop and container office building and a temporary circular bar structure since the land was on a lease. Since then, the owner has developed it further by adding a kiddie’s park and also a stage for live performance and it has become a popular chill spot for a number of residents in and around the Parish of St. James.
