Triplets on the Bay

Commssioned by a German couple interested in investing in Jamaica, Triplets On The Bay has become an eye catcher from the shores of Ironshore, St James Jamaica. Designed and built by the Paradigm Studios team, the project's brief was to deliver three intimately designed condominiums, two for commercial purposes and one on time share for the owners when they visit the island.
Anderson's Residence

The Client was a new home owner seeking to extend on the existing 2 Bedroom Scheme unit in Rhyne Park, Rose Hall. The brief was to provide an additional two bedroom self contained solution to the rear of the existing and to coordinate the old the the new.
McIntyre Residence

Commissioned by a Montego Bay businessman seeking to extend his two bedroom stock housing unit. The client requested a signature look with high end finishes adding an additional two bedrooms complete with their own bathrooms and balconies to include a large living, dining and kitchen open concept on the ground floor.
